Shipping policy

Our goal is to ensure you have a great shipping experience at Darling Health.

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic packages are sent via Australia Post Express. You will receive an order confirmation email from Darling Health immediately after placing your order, followed by an email from Australia Post with your tracking number when your package has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping. This due to the complexity of varying laws in different countries concerning the shipping of complementary medicines.

SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate based on size and weight and is calculated at check-out. As we only ship Australia-wide, all orders are are shipped with Australia Post Express. Any orders that are deemed oversize by our front of house team may incur an additional shipping cost. We will communicate this to you where necessary.

During busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that although we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days, we cannot be held responsible for postal or courier delays and circumstances out of our control.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Darling Health is not responsible for any delays caused by postal or delivery services.

Darling Health is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until full payment for those goods has been received. The glass and plastic bottles we purchase from our suppliers can be re-used and/or recycled.

We are continually looking to further reduce our impact and footprint on the environment and to ensure our business and the world we live in is sustainable and enjoyable for future generations. This is not something we take lightly.
