Women often travel through both hard times and good times quietly and too often without space for self – care or reflection. Self-care is important to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself as it produces positive feelings and boosts your confidence and self-esteem.
Join us for an intimate evening as Amanda Haberecht delves into what self-care really means and discusses how to set intentions for better practices around self-care and rituals for 2020. Many of us have so many responsibilities in life that we forget to take care of our personal needs.
