Kate O’Flynn – Locum Naturopath

After 20 years in the health industry, Kate saw a real need for a holistic approach when it came to true and lasting health, and wanted to use her knowledge, experience and research skills to create an environment that could offer anyone that visited the space a solution. This could be anything from education, nutrition and herbal medicines, eco-friendly skin and body care and natural foods that they could trust and that would facilitate regeneration, alleviate the wear and tear on their body, maximise wellness and energise them to feel youthful and well again.

Kate’s experience is extensive, having worked at the Royal Hospital for Women (Randwick), Genea (formerly Sydney IVF) and Your Health Manly. In these clinical environments, Kate worked closely with gynaecologists, obstetricians, fertility specialists and general practitioners (GP’s) to develop medically sound holistic programs for couples trying to conceive and for women experiencing menopause, PCOS and PMS.

Kate also has a special interest in managing nervous system disorders such as anxietyinsomnia and stress and treats a variety of gastrointestinal disorders.

Passionate about educating people on their bodies, Kate regularly writes and lectures for major institutions on health and wellbeing.

Kate is available on alternate Mondays 10am-5pm.
