Jan’s aim is to inspire, inform and empower you to achieve long term quality health. She believes food is nutrition. Her goals are to encourage you to eat nutritious food that nourishes your body and tantalises your tastebuds, and to help you live mindfully with clarity of thought and purpose so that you can live and enjoy a long and healthy life.
Jan believes knowledge and know-how are the keys to good health. She balances her focus on nutritional support and guidance with a strong emphasis on education around food and healthy living fundamentals.
Jan is a registered nutritionist and health coach, as well as a consultant in the area of business health and change. She holds an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine, is a member of the ATMS, holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is FCPA, and is a certified whole brain thinking practitioner.
Jan is also the founder of Mad for Health, which offers advice on healthy eating and mindful living through one-on-one nutrition consultations, health programs, seminars, workshops and events for personal and business clients
