Withania is a great tonic for women with underactive thyroids (hypothyroidism) with research backing this herbs ability to support and gently improve thyroid function. Withania is a wonderful herb to support the elderly, and to help those who have been through illness recuperate and gain back their strength. Naturopaths also use this herb in sleep tonics, as it helps to calm the mind before bed.

LIQUORICE
