Kinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive healing system based on the belief that our thoughts and feelings impact how we feel physically and spiritually. How we respond to stresses in our lives can create imbalances in the body, which can manifest as everything from emotional problems to digestive disorders, chronic pain and other chronic health issues.

To correct these imbalances, a kinesiologist will use muscle monitoring – a way of ‘talking’ to the body to discover the underlying cause of stress on a mental, emotional, physical or energetic level. A variety of techniques will then help to restore the body back to its natural state.
